Long Beach Medical Center has a policy of providing charity care to patients when the patient’s financial condition warrants such measures. If you are unable to pay the medical Center’s charge for medically necessary treatment and you believe you may be eligible for charity care, we urge you to speak to the staff in the department where you seek care or you may contact our credit manager in the patient accounts office at 897-1055.
Our staff will review your financial circumstances and make a determination as to the amount of charity care services for which you are eligible.
