A visit from a family member or a friend can be very beneficial to a patient. However, since rest is important for a patient’s recovery as well, the visit should be brief and limited to two visitors at a time.
Special arrangements can be made to modify hours or to allow for children to visit. If the patient is on isolation, please check with the nurse concerning visiting.
Visiting Hours
Visitors are welcome between the hours 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, except for the following areas:
Intensive Care Unit:
30 minutes per visit between these hours:
11:30 am – 12 noon
2:30 pm – 3:00 pm
7:30 pm – 8:00 pm
John B. Cullen Rehabilitation Unit
12 noon – 8:00 pm daily
West Three (W3)
1:15 pm – 2:15 pm daily
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm daily
Extended hours are available on weekends and holidays.
Emergency Department:
Daily Visiting hours for admitted patients awaiting transfer to a Nursing Unit:
9:00 am – 9:30 am
1:00 pm – 1:30 pm
6:00 pm – 6:30 pm
8:00 pm – 8:30 pm
